Winemaker's Tasting Notes

The alluring salmon-pink color and delicate aromas of rose petal, cotton candy, and orange stone fruit tempt that first sip, and then you’re hooked. A smooth entry and mouthfeel quickly give way to mouthwatering acidity that bursts in mid-palate. Amid this buoyant acidity enjoy the subtle flavors of blood orange, Queen Anne cherry, Lisbon lemon, and hints of white floral and Fuji apple. As this refreshing dry rosé lingers, traces of black pepper and minerality appear, adding dimension and depth.
