Food Pairing Suggestions
The Hersly Wines Mae Rosé is great for sipping poolside on its own, but it'll also pair with seasonal spring cuisine. Pair it with a summer salad with fresh strawberries, arugula, balsamic and shaved parmesan cheese, or Mae's favorite, fresh sashimi.

About The Vineyard
Named after Hersly winery dog Mae, “Mae” Rosé is a lovely rose of Merlot from a small, private vineyard in Calistoga, Napa Valley.
Winemaker Notes
“Mae” Rosé is processed whole cluster, direct to press, making it a fuller bodied rosé. After starting fermentation in stainless steel, mid-fermentation half of the wine is moved to neutral oak barrels. From the words of a very respected sommelier in NYC, “this is by far, the best rose I have had!”
